FAQ

Questions before you use matchh

Does it work if the prospect's site is light on content?

It uses a scrape + fallback approach. If the primary scrape returns thin content, it falls back to secondary signals like meta descriptions, press pages, and linked content. You'll see the engine used in the result card. Very sparse sites will get a lower confidence score.

How is this different from just asking ChatGPT?

matchh fetches and analyses both sites live — it's not working from training data. It also applies a strict scoring model built specifically for outbound fit, not general summarisation. You get a structured, actionable card, not a paragraph to interpret.

Is my data stored or shared?

The URLs you submit are used to fetch and analyse the pages. We don't store your session data or share results with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use it for accounts in languages other than English?

The analysis engine handles multilingual sites — it reads the content in its original language. The output is always returned in English.

What if the fit score is low?

A low score is useful data. It means B doesn't show the pain signals that match A's offer right now. That's a signal to skip the sequence or revisit the account in a different quarter — not to force a pitch.
